Account Manager - Mexico

The Mexico office of Wilson Learning Worldwide has openings for the role of Account Manager in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey:

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with the senior management of client companies in understanding their business problems and providing solutions
  • Advocating Wilson Learning’s performance improvement solution,technology and services to targeted clients
  • Build and maintain professional business relationships with clients
  • Promote Wilson Learning’s capabilities in the marketplace
  • Deliver Wilson Learning’s solutions

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • University graduate, preferably with MBA as a second degree
  • Three years past work experience in sales
  • Strong consulting skills and ability to deal with senior executives
  • Excellent communication skills including in written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Dynamic personality with high self-confidence and result-driven
  • Self management ability and skills
  • Excellent business etiquette and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel and work outside office hours
