Emde brings 25 years experience of working directly with senior level executives in linking human performance solutions to strategic business outcomes. He has held executive and leadership positions with a number of the leading training and organizational development companies in the industry.

Roth has over 30 years experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions.
